Nainital is a beautiful lake resort and is one of the most prominent hill resorts in the Indian subcontinent. Situated at an elevation of 1,938 meters, Nainital is dotted with five lakes and has thus earned the epithet the ‘Lake District of India.’ Naini lake, the most

Hanumangarhi: Situated at a height of 1,951 meters, Hanumangarhi is a popular spot that provides a spectacular view of sunset. There is also a temple dedicated to the Hindu God Hanuman.

 

Kilbury: Kilbury is a beautiful picnic spot and is situated at a height of 2,194 meters. There is a forest rest house for night stay. Kilbury is 10 km away from the town.

Khurpatal: Khurpatal is situated on the Nainital-Kaladhungi-Ramnagar Road. Khurpatal is an angler’s utopia. Fishing permits are available from the Deputy Commissioner, Nainital.
